I’m going to let y’all in on a little secret. For the past few months I have been doing a cleanse. A cleanse of the people, places and things which no longer serve me. In this process I have learned that it is only when I am willing to surrender and let go, that I can invite new and fresh energy in whatever form that it may show up as, to come into my life. One of the ways that I have been experientially practicing this is through my diet. Aside from eating a nutrient dense diet of healthy foods, I have been testing out products and supplements that are known to have detoxifying properties.
