I’ll be happier when: “I lose ten pounds…” “I go on vacation…” “I get that promotion…”
How many of you are guilty of living with the “future happiness mindset?” It can be so easy to allow yourself to fall into the trap of thinking that happiness is a destination rather than a present feeling. You’re working towards your goals and once you achieve x, y or z life will be sooooo much better. NICE THOUGHT! I know because for years I was a serial destination happiness Queen. Mix that with my perfectionist mindset and it was a recipe for disaster. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Happiness isn’t something you have to wait for. You have the power to be happy today and I can help.
I’m Mandy Ross, Life Cheerleader, and my passion is helping individuals tap into their inner sunshine a.k.a. happiness to live the life of their dreams. Imagine waking up everyday to a life that you are absolutely in love with.
Through years of working in various industries and being surrounded by successful individuals I noticed a common trend amongst those who were happiest. Regardless of their different backgrounds, wealth, occupations, or struggles it became apparent that they all shared similar lifestyle habits and a particular attitude. It was then that I made it my mission to study and figure out what exactly what it was that made these people JUST SO DARN HAPPY and to share these techniques with others. Along the way I coined the term “Life Cheerleader” for myself because it describes exactly what I do.
Much like a cheerleader helps her team and the crowd to become inspired, motivated, and to bring out their love and passion for a sport, I help my clients by giving them the tools they need to live a happier, healthier and more harmonious state of being in the game of life. Operation inner happiness all aboard!
If you are ready to hop on board the happiness train, then head on over to my Contact page and let’s connect!
‘Optimist: Someone who figures that taking a step backward after taking a step forward is not a disaster, it’s a cha-cha.’
